💥She was born on 20 July 1988 in Ambedkar Nagar, District Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
She completed his early studies from Uttar Pradesh, after which she did a
mountaineering course from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi.
💥 In her childhood, she was more interested in sports like football and volleyball. She was
also a national volleyball player.
💥 She was going to Delhi to appear in the CISF exam. On April 11, 2011, while traveling
from Lucknow to Delhi in the Padmavati Express,at midnight some miscreants climbed
into the train compartment and seeing Arunima alone, tried to snatch her luggage and
neck chain.
💥 Arunima was a sports player so she opposed them in her defense but they were more
and alone and in the dark of night, those miscreants threw her out of the moving train
near Bareilly.
💥She went and fell on the other track and before she could remove herself from there
another train came and crushed her left leg and went away. She kept crying out in pain
the whole night; the rats and ants around kept biting her leg.
💥 She kept crying out in pain the whole night but to no avail. She was alone and could not
even move. Whole night she kept looking at her blood stained leg, in that night about
40to50 trains went crushing her leg and she kept seeing the scene of her death with her
own eyes. She had lost hope of living but fate had something else in store for her.
💥 When the people of the village saw her lying near the track, she was taken to the
hospital and her life was saved. Her life was saved but the doctors could not save her
leg and her leg had to be amputated.
💥 She was admitted in Delhi AIMS for about 4 months and finally came out from the
mouth of death, she won over death but lost her leg. Now her left leg has been fitted
with an artificial leg. In the eyes of relatives and family members, now she had become
handicapped and weak.
💥 Seeing her condition, the doctor had also advised her to rest and was now advising her
to stay away from sports, but she refused.She thought that she will not become helpless
or helpless, will stand on her own feet, will not be a burden on anyone and will choose
a different path and show it as an example to all.
💥After leaving Delhi AIMS,she was given artificial legs by an organization in Delhi, now
she had artificial legs. She first went to Jamshedpur to fulfill her dream and met
Bachendri Pal there. she told everything to Bachendri Pal.

has come true, now you have to climb to show prove to the world, rest you have won”.

💥 Arunima Sinha is an Indian mountaineer and sportswoman. She is the world's first
female amputee to scale Mount Everest, Mount Kilimanjaro (Tanzania), Mount Elbrus
(Russia), Mount Kosciusko (Australia), Mount Aconcagua (South America), Mount
Denali (North America) and Mount Vinson. She is also a seven time Indian volleyball
player.

💥 जी हां, हम बात करने जा रहे हैं अरुणिमा सिन्हा की,जिनका एक पैर एक्सीडेंट में जख्मी हो
गया है और एक कृत्रिम पैर पहनना पड़ा, और दूसरे पैर में एक रॉड लगी है और 3 फ्रैक्चर
भी हैं उसकी रीढ़ में।
💥 इतनी मुश्किलों के बावजूद उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और पहली विकलांग महिला बनीं दुनियामें
माउंट एवरेस्ट पर चढ़ने के लिए।
💥 बहुत से लोग ऐसे होते हैं जो थोड़े से दर्द और कठिनाई के बावजूद हार मान लेते हैं, लेकिन
कष्ट सहने के बावजूद इतना दर्द, उन्होंने कभी हार नहीं मानी और अपना नाम बनाया और
एक मिसाल कायम की सभी के लिए।
💥 उनका जन्म 20 जुलाई 1988 को अम्बेडकर नगर, जिला सुल्तानपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश में हुआ
था।उन्होंने अपनी शुरुआती पढ़ाई उत्तर प्रदेश से पूरी की, जिसके बाद उन्होंने नेहरू
पर्वतारोहण संस्थान, उत्तरकाशी से पर्वतारोहण पाठ्यक्रम पूरी की।
💥 बचपन में उन्हें फुटबॉल और वॉलीबॉल जैसे खेलों में अधिक रुचि थी। वह एक राष्ट्रीय
वॉलीबॉल खिलाड़ी भी थे।
💥 वह सीआईएसएफ की परीक्षा देने दिल्ली जा रही थी। 11 अप्रैल, 2011 को यात्रा के दौरान
लखनऊ से दिल्ली जाने वाली पद्मावती एक्सप्रेस में आधी रात को कुछ बदमाश चढ़ गए ट्रेन के
डिब्बे में घुस गए और अरुणिमा को अकेला देख उनका सामान छीनने की कोशिश की
गले की माला।
💥 अरुणिमा एक खेल खिलाड़ी थी इसलिए उसने अपने बचाव में उनका विरोध किया लेकिन
वे अधिक थे और अकेले और रात के अंधेरे में उन बदमाशों ने उसे चलती ट्रेन से बाहर
फेंक दिया बरेली के पास।
💥 वह जाकर दूसरे ट्रैक पर गिर पड़ी और इससे पहले कि वह वहां से हट पाती दूसरी ट्रेन
आई और उसके बाएं पैर को कुचल कर चली गई। वह दर्द से कराहती रही पूरी रात;
आसपास के चूहे और चींटियां उसके पैर को काटते रहे।
💥 वह रात भर दर्द से कराहती रही लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। वह अकेली थी और पूरी
रात वह अपने खून से सने पैर को देखती रही, उस रात में लगभग 40 से 50 गाड़ियाँ
उसके पैर कुचलती चली गईं और वह अपने साथ मौत का मंजर देखती रही खुद की आँखें।
उसने जीने की उम्मीद खो दी थी लेकिन भाग्य को उसके लिए कुछ और ही मंजूर था।
💥 जब गांव के लोगों ने उसे पटरी के पास पड़ा देखा तो उसे ले गए अस्पताल और उसकी
जान बच गई। उसकी जान तो बच गई लेकिन डॉक्टर उसके पैर नहीं बचा सके और उसके
पैर को काटना पड़ा।
💥 वह लगभग 4 महीने तक दिल्ली एम्स में भर्ती रही और अंत में अस्पताल से बाहर आ
गई,उसने मौत पर जीत हासिल की लेकिन अपना पैर खो दिया। अब उनका बायां पैर फिट
हो गया है एक कृत्रिम पैर के साथ। रिश्तेदारों और घर वालों की नजरों में अब वह बन चुकी
थी विकलांग और कमजोर।
💥 उसकी हालत देखकर डॉक्टर ने भी उसे आराम करने की सलाह दी थी और अब खेल-कूद
से दूर रहने की सलाह दे रहे थे, लेकिन उसने मना कर दिया। एक अलग रास्ता चुनेंगे और
सभी को एक उदाहरण के रूप में दिखाएंगे।
💥 दिल्ली एम्स छोड़ने के बाद, उन्हें अब दिल्ली में एक संगठन द्वारा कृत्रिम पैर दिए गए उसके
कृत्रिम पैर थे। वह पहले अपने सपने को पूरा करने के लिए जमशेदपुर गई और मिलीं वहीं
बछेंद्री पाल। उसने बछेंद्री पाल को सारी बात बताई।
💥 वह उनसे मिलीं और बोलीं कि "अरुणिमा, तुमने यह सपना इस हालत में देखा था, तुम्हारा
सपना सच हो गया,अब तुम्हें दुनिया को साबित करने के लिए चढ़ना है,बाकी तुम जीत गई”।
बछेंद्री पाल ने अरुणिमा के सपने को पूरा करने में मदद की।
💥 अरुणिमा सिन्हा एक भारतीय पर्वतारोही और खिलाड़ी हैं। वह दुनिया की पहली माउंट
एवरेस्ट, माउंट किलिमंजारो (तंजानिया), माउंट एल्ब्रस (रूस), माउंट कोसियसको
(ऑस्ट्रेलिया), माउंट एकॉनकागुआ (दक्षिण अमेरिका), माउंट डेनाली (उत्तरी अमेरिका)
और माउंट विंसन को फतह करने वाली दिव्यांग महिला हैं। वह सात बार की भारतीय
वॉलीबॉल खिलाड़ी भी हैं।

💥 એવા ઘણા લોકો છે જેઓ થોડી પીડા અને મુશ્કેલી સાથે પણ હાર માની લે છે, તેઓએ
ખૂબ પીડા મા ક્યારેય હાર માની નહીં અને પોતાનું નામ બનાવ્યું અને એક ઉદાહરણ સેટ
કર્યું દરેક માટે.
💥 તેણીનો જન્મ 20 જુલાઈ 1988 ના રોજ આંબેડકર નગર, જિલ્લા સુલતાનપુર, ઉત્તર પ્રદેશમાં થયો

💥 તે CISFની પરીક્ષા આપવા માટે દિલ્હી જઈ રહી હતી. 11 એપ્રિલ, 2011 ના રોજ, મુસાફરી
દરમિયાન લખનૌથી દિલ્હી પદ્માવતી એક્સપ્રેસમાં મધ્યરાત્રિએ કેટલાક બદમાશો ચઢી ગયા
હતા.ટ્રેનના ડબ્બામાં અને અરુણિમાને એકલી જોઈને તેનો સામાન,ગળાની સાંકળ છીનવી લેવાનો
પ્રયાસ કર્યો.
💥 અરુણિમા સ્પોર્ટ્સ પ્લેયર હતી તેથી તેણે તેના બચાવમાં તેમનો વિરોધ કર્યો પણ તેઓ વધુ હતા અને
એકલા અને રાત્રિના અંધારામાં, તે બદમાશોએ તેણીને ચાલતી ટ્રેનમાંથી બરેલી નજીક બહાર ફેંકી
દીધી.
💥 તે ગયો અને બીજા ટ્રેક પર પડ્યો અને તે પોતાને ત્યાંથી દૂર કરે તે પહેલાં બીજી ટ્રેન આવી અને તેનો
ડાબો પગ કચડીને જતી રહી. તે વેદનાથી રડતી રહી આખી રાત; આસપાસના ઉંદરો અને કીડીઓ
તેના પગને કરડતા રહ્યા.
💥 તે આખી રાત પીડાથી બૂમો પાડતી રહી પણ કોઈ ફાયદો થયો નહીં. તે એકલી હતી.આખી રાત તે
તેના લોહીના ડાઘાવાળા પગને જોતી રહી, તે રાત્રે લગભગ 40 થી 50 ગાડીઓ તેના પગને કચડીને
ગઈ અને તે તેની સાથે પોતાની આંખો થી તેના મૃત્યુનું દ્રશ્ય જોતી રહી. તેણીએ જીવવાની આશા
ગુમાવી દીધી હતી પરંતુ ભાગ્યમાં તેના માટે કંઈક બીજું જ હતું.
💥 ગામના લોકોએ જ્યારે તેણીને પાટા પાસે પડેલી જોઈ, ત્યારે તેણીને હોસ્પિટલ લઈ જવામાં આવી અને
તેણીનો જીવ બચી ગયો. તેનો જીવ તો બચી ગયો પરંતુ ડોક્ટર તેનો પગ બચાવી શક્યા નહીં અને
તેનો પગ કાપવો પડ્યો.
💥 તે લગભગ 4 મહિના સુધી દિલ્હી AIMSમાં દાખલ હતી અને અંતે તે મૃત્યુના મુખમાં થી બહાર
આવી,તેણીએ મૃત્યુ પર વિજય મેળવ્યો પરંતુ તેણીનો પગ ગુમાવ્યો. હવે તેના ડાબા પગને કૃત્રિમ પગ
સાથે ફીટ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યો હતો.સગાં-સંબંધીઓની નજરમાં હવે તે વિકલાંગ અને નબળી બની
ગયી હતી.
💥 તેની હાલત જોઈને ડોક્ટરે પણ તેને આરામ કરવાની સલાહ આપી હતી અને હવે તેને સલાહ આપી
રહ્યા હતા રમતગમતથી દૂર રહેવા માટે, પરંતુ તેણીએ ના પાડી. તેણીએ વિચાર્યું કે તે લાચાર નહીં
બને,પોતાના પગ પર ઊભી રહેશે, કોઈના પર બોજ નહીં બને અને પસંદ કરશે એક અલગ રસ્તો અને
બધાને એક ઉદાહરણ પૂરું પાડશે.
💥 દિલ્હી AIMS છોડ્યા પછી, તેણીને હવે દિલ્હીની એક સંસ્થા દ્વારા કૃત્રિમ પગ આપવામાં આવ્યા
હતા.તેણીના કૃત્રિમ પગ હતા. તે પોતાનું સપનું પૂરું કરવા માટે સૌથી પહેલા જમશેદપુર ગઈ અને તેને
બચેન્દ્રી પાલ ત્યાં મળી.તેણીએ બચેન્દ્રી પાલને બધું કહ્યું.
💥 તેણી તેમને મળી અને કહ્યું કે “અરુણિમા, તમે આ સ્થિતિમાં આ સપનું જોયું છે, તમારું સ્વપ્ન સાચું
પડ્યું છે, તમે જીતી ગયા છો”.બચેન્દ્રી પાલે અરુણિમાને તેનું સપનું પૂરું કરવામાં મદદ કરી.
💥 અરુણિમા સિંહા એક ભારતીય પર્વતારોહક અને રમતવીર છે. તેણી વિશ્વની પ્રથમ માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ,
માઉન્ટ કિલીમંજારો (તાંઝાનિયા), માઉન્ટ એલ્બ્રસને (રશિયા), માઉન્ટ કોસિયુસ્કો (ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયા),
માઉન્ટ એકોનકાગુઆ (દક્ષિણ અમેરિકા), માઉન્ટ ડેનાલી (ઉત્તર અમેરિકા) અને માઉન્ટ વિન્સન
પર્વતારોહક વિક્લાંગ સ્ત્રી છે.તે સાત વખત ભારતીય વોલીબોલ ખેલાડી પણ છે.
💥 ભારત સરકારે તેમને ભારતનો ચોથો સર્વોચ્ચ નાગરિક પુરસ્કાર પદ્મશ્રી પુરસ્કારથી
સન્માનિત કર્યા.
